Revenue Analysis and Management:
As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will be assigned markets where you will play a crucial role in the airline’s success. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing flight inventory to maximize revenue while ensuring competitive pricing and availability. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the airline industry, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive profitability
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels, seat allocation, and pricing in real-time to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network, Sales, and Marketing, align revenue strategies.
• Conduct regular demand forecasts and make recommendations for flight schedules and capacity adjustments.
• Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize inventory and pricing.
• Monitor and report on the performance of revenue management strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of pricing models and revenue optimization algorithms.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- The Minimum accepted GPA is 2.75 out 4 / 3.75 out of 5.
Required English Level:
- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
- The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
- Other English Tests will not be accepted.
- The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
- If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)

- Valid Saudi National ID for at least 6 months.
- Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education).

- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 72.
