Job Title:
Resource Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Resource Manager to oversee the allocation and utilization of company resources. The Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating resource needs, optimizing workforce allocation, and ensuring efficient resource management to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor resource availability and identify potential shortages or surpluses to maintain an optimal balance.
Collaborate with Resource Management Team and department heads to assess resource needs and timelines for projects.
Develop and execute resource management strategies to effectively allocate personnel for various projects.
Lead and manage a team responsible for resource planning, bench reports, scheduling, and allocation.
Evaluate and implement resource management process and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Optimize resource utilization by matching skills and availability with project requirements.
Provide regular reports on resource allocation, utilization and bench resources to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
8+ years experience in project management or service delivery.
Proven experience (4+ years) in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to guide and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in resource management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with resource management methodologies and principles.
Certification in Scrum Master and/or Project Management
Experience with any Resource Planning tools/systems
Familiarity with Power BI Reporting
