National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites applications from self-motivated, dynamic, innovative Male/Female professionals having excellent interpersonal communication skills for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Lab Engineer in the following disciplines:
Faculty Title:
Physiotherapist – (Islamabad Campus)
Qualification:
– Essential
DPT (Doctor of Physiotherapy) 5 years Program/ BS PT.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 Years.
Additional Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of subject.
– Clinical skills to provide physiotherapy session.
– Able to know all physiotherapy modalities/Exercise physiology.
– Able to operate available Electro medical equipment used for physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
– To provide physical therapy to patients referred by Rehab specialist /Registrar/MO Rehab.
– Application of electrical and thermal modalities effectively.
– Proper management of outdoor patients for physiotherapy.
– Will not prescribe any medicine/investigation directly, if he/she wants to add some medicine/investigations to ease the treatment, he/she would consult OIC/MO NNC for such medicine or investigations.
– He/She will be responsible for the proper maintenance, of physiotherapy equipment.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
– 3rd Div in academic career.
– NUST employees with less than One year service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
– In process of pursuing a degree.
– Medically Unfit.
