Job Title:

Welfare Officer (Female)

Welfare Officer (Female) Incumbent will be responsible to oversee all aspects of worker welfare. Provide awareness to workers on basic labor law, actively participate in handling their complaints, ensure implementation of grievance handling system, keep a track and maintain record of each complaint. Build strong relationship with employees, provide training on company policies and facilitate in resolving their issues.

Qualification:

Must be Graduate

Experience:

1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
