Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Training Development: Create and maintain training materials, modules, and resources that align with the organization’s technology products and their applications in different business contexts.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the technology products, their functionalities, and their impact on business processes to effectively communicate their value and usage.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for various user groups, including employees, stakeholders, and clients, both in-person and virtually.
Customization and Adaptation: Customize training programs based on specific departmental needs, ensuring relevance and applicability to different business units.
Collaboration: Partner with IT teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and videos. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Technical Support: Provide post-training support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through complex functionalities.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of technological advancements, updates, and enhancements in the products and related industries to incorporate relevant changes into training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2.Proven experience 5+ years in IT training, preferably within a technology-driven organization.
3.Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with technology solutions.
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5.Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
6.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technologies.
7.Certification in relevant technologies or training methodologies is a plus.
8.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, pedagogical skills, and an understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about empowering users through effective training and enabling the seamless integration of technology within various business functions.
