Faculty Title:
Regional Coordinator
Job Purpose:
- Handle regional operational tasks, trade marketing activities and reporting & analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring channel partner activities in relation to frameworks and ensuring compliance.
- Outlet footprint expansion planning– e-Channel, Mobile Commerce, Retailer Stock ordering system, Segmented channels.
- Constant coordination with the HQ and regional commercial teams for Training of Sales Staff, Data visibility, policies, New product Launches etc.
- Managing synergy projects, assist planning and implementation of channel helpline dashboards, regional performance indicators, new communication model and automation strategies.
- Implementation of standardize sales operational & policies in line with action plans. CS regional complaints and query resolution and manage regional CSI / SLAs.
- Assist RD/Sales Teams in Channel-wise annual and monthly Target setting of ZONG Products for aligned with company targets & objectives in coordination with regional Marketing/HQ team. Constant review of regional strategy in consideration of regional blue oceans, channel plans and company objectives. Independent Market Intelligence of all the sales channels to monitor sales performance.
- S&D Sales Activity and Growth Tracking and performance dashboard management against all set Sales KPIs.
- Detailed Channel Sales, Revenue and channel productivity analysis.
- Coordinate with the Channel and IT for all remapping requests & update in channel management system.
- New channel IDs creation in CMS for new channel expansion. Supervision of Reconciliation of BVS Devices with HQ, channel & Vendors.
- Maintain BVS record and entertain all BVS mapping requests on priority. Handling Franchise Help Desk related tasks & Complaints Resolution.
- Franchise support related to CRM Issues/Channel Rights/Customer Ownership/MNP Issues resolution.
- Franchise Commission Payouts Communication.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:
- Holds a Bachelors degree.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 – 2 Years.
Skills – Generic:
- Pressure handling, able to work in challenging environment.
- Proactive, Solution Focused and system oriented.
- Effective Communication Skills along with excellent analytical ability.
Skills – Job Specific:
- Functional knowledge of Data Analysis, Sales & Channel Planning.
- Well versed with Systems & Processes in the Sales & Distribution department.
