Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the team in Dubai. 

This role will be instrumental in shaping the success of the company by identifying and attracting top talent within the Middle East events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute a strategic plan for talent acquisition tailored to the Middle East events industry. Identify and engage top-tier candidates across all levels.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry networks to establish a robust talent pipeline.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks within the Middle East events industry to provide insights for recruitment strategies.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Implement creative and effective sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and referrals, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, emphasizing the company’s culture and values.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on the Middle East events industry.
  • Proven track record of recruiting top-tier candidates at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with the specific nuances of recruitment within the Middle East region.
  • Adaptability to evolving recruitment trends and the ability to implement innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Salary: 20-22k AED
