Job Purpose

Emirates Cabin Crew Recruitment & Operations is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Events & Projects Specialist to lead diverse portfolios by managing complex and critical developments across the business unit.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about contributing to the future success of Cabin Crew Recruitment Operations. As a Recruitment Events & Projects Specialist, your role will include leading a variety of international projects and events, supporting our expert Cabin Crew recruiters, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and institutions across the world.

This role is initially a one-year temporary position and requires extensive travel globally.

In this role, you will:
1. Be an Ambassador for Emirates and set up events for promotional and PR purposes specifically to source cabin crew.
2. Co-ordinate off-base recruiters and HRBPs communication and collaboration
3. Engage academic institutions and build strategic partnerships.
4. Create long-term relationships with world renowned hospitality, travel & tourism, and aviation schools.
5. Deliver projects and other initiatives aligned to organisational goals and strategy.
6. Ensure project/ event delivery within agreed scope and timeline.
7. Facilitate effective and proactive management of key internal and external stakeholders, driving confidence and transparency, facilitating regular updates and discussions on the impact of the projects on their respective businesses.
8. Manage the planning, forecasting of budgets and resources required, developing business cases to highlight benefits realisation throughout project implementation.
9. Identify, support and deliver business process improvement opportunities and facilitating subsequent change management activities.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
1. Degree or Honours (+5 years or experience)/ or 12 years education (and 8+ years experience)
2. Must have practical experience working in events management internationally.
3. Project management experience in airlines, travel, or hospitality
4. Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues and challenges and understand dependencies across businesses.
5. Proven experience in project management, process improvement, analytics, change management, and strategy development.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You’ll have an edge if you have:
1. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
2. Knowledge of several languages
