Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a critical role in our real estate operations. You will lead real estate transactions, and utilize our provided leads and industry platforms to achieve successful property deals, all while enjoying a highly competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers, while utilizing leads and platforms to generate new business.
- Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, pricing trends, and regulations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Handle more complex real estate deals, including commercial, luxury, and high-value properties.
- Utilize online platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, and other related tools to efficiently manage and promote property listings.
- Ensure that all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients and provide expert guidance throughout the process.
- Actively contribute to the expansion of the brokerage by achieving sales targets and generating new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE real estate market.
- A valid UAE broker’s license is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and industry platforms.
