Applications are invited from eligible persons (Male & Female) for the following posts for recruitment (on market based salary) on contract basis under the development project “Quality seed production and dissemination under agriculture transformation plan.

Job Description:

POST	QUALIFICATIONS	EXPERIENCE	AGE
Project Director (01 Position)	16 Years’ education in Business Administration Management Development Studies Mechanical Engineering Agriculture Engineering Public Policy Economics from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.	Minimum 15 years practical experience in Seed Industry & allied operation in Agriculture Sector, including 5 years lead role in completing supervising the mega development projects in public and private sector and having skill sets of intra and inter institutional coordination with Government Department.	Up to 60 years
Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer (01 Position)	16 Years of education in Agriculture Business Administration/Management Development Studies from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University.	Overall 12 years’ experience in Agriculture operations including 4 years in lead role in designing and Implementation of Business Development strategies and have hands on experience of developing brand, communication strategy, maintenance of website and digital marketing	Up to 60 years
Digital Transformation System Analyst (01 Position)	16 Years of education in Computer Science/MIS Software Engineering degree from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.	Overall 10 years practical IT experience including 5 years in ICT/ERP business Analysis.	Up to 45 years
Assistant Technical Officer (Mechanical) (01 Position)	Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Trade.	Overall 10 years’ experience in fabrication, maintenance and installation/creation preferably in grain processing industry	Up to 50 years

Note:

Three passport size recent photographs and attested copies of all the relevant documents CNIC/Certificates/degrees, must reach by 03.11.2023

Late and incomplete applications will not be considered and only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.

General Terms & Conditions:

Relaxation in upper age limit is not admissible.
The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job post specific non pensionable and conferring no right for regularization. The contract appointment will be initially for one year and extendable upon satisfactory performance.
