Job Title:
Public Relation Officer

Job Responsibility:
· Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
· Should have excellent working knowledge on Visa processing, Mainland and Free zone.
· Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and other government services centres.
· Support with License / Permit, vehicle Renewals, Other government transactions.
· Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Skills:
· Must be fluent in English & Arabic and have experience in Immigration procedures.
· Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
· Good communication oral and written.
· Must be able to work on tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy
· Minimum 3 years of experience similar position
· UAE Driving license is mandatory.
