Faculty Title:

Eligibility:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 1 year of experience in program management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise reporting functions to ensure accurate representation of the project portfolio to business units and senior IT management.
- Ensure the portfolio encompasses both business-driven and IT-driven projects, including Application Service Improvement Projects.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with ITG teams to ensure that IT projects adhere to defined constraints.
- Provide centralized services such as planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, risk assessment, and management.
- Maintain a centralized repository for lessons learned for peer utilization.
- Support the Manager PMO in implementing the PMO monitoring and evaluation framework.
- Monitor project resource utilization and escalate any deficiencies as needed.
- Identify risks and issues, develop triggers and mitigation plans, and maintain a Risk Register.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with a demonstrated ability to effectively utilize associated tools.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at strategic thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective management of a diverse team, emphasizing strong leadership and team dynamics management skills.
