Job Title:
Principal Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Install, configure, and maintain the OpenShift Container Platform.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of the OpenShift clusters to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.
- Security: Ensure platform security by implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the OpenShift platform promptly.
- Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute platform upgrades and patching to keep systems up-to-date.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to support application development and deployment on OpenShift.
Qualifications:
- Certification: OpenShift Certified Professional (OCP) certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in container orchestration, Kubernetes, and OpenShift management tools.
- Linux Experience: Extensive experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
