execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in
construction project management and exhibit strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Leadership in Tender and Bid Processes:

Direct the preparation of tenders, developing technical solutions that are

innovative and viable.

Lead the evaluation of bids, focusing on both technical and commercial

considerations.

Project Planning and Execution:

Spearhead project planning efforts, setting targets and deliverables, and

ensuring timely achievement.

Make decisive technical resolutions to facilitate project progression.

Estimation and Costing:

Oversee the processes of estimation and costing, ensuring accurate

budgeting and resource allocation.

Technical Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, adapting to new

situations with effective solutions.

Project Management:

Manage the technical aspects of projects to align with company standards

and client requirements.

Monitor and adjust project scope, schedule, and budget as necessary.

Technical Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans,

calendars, and progress reports.
