The Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) Hospital Chilas is the largest and Premier Hospital in Diamer-Astore Region. The CPSP has fully accredited RHQ Hospital Chilas for FCPS-II training in the undermentioned Department. The accommodation facility is available for both male and female PG doctors.

- FCPS part-l pass letter.
- CNIC Copy.

- NOC (Only for those doctors who work in Health Department GB).
- 03 passport size color photographs.
