Board of Revenue Punjab invites applications for multiple vacant positions in Lahore, Pakistan
The Board of Revenue West Pakistan was constituted by Ordinances of 1955/1956 which were replaced by the West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act 1957. On dissolution of the Province of West Pakistan in 1970, it was designated as Board of Revenue Punjab.
Faculty Title:
- Land Revenue Specialist
- Minimum 16 years of education in Law from HEC recognized university / Institute.
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in preparation of legal documents related to land laws.
- Minimum age 35 years
- Operations Team (office Assistant)
- Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as Office Assistant & Record Keeping. Must have knowledge of MS Office, use of Internet and other office management related software.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Procurement Associate
- Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management / Public Administration / Business Administration / Commerce / Business Economics or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Good understanding of Pakistan & Punjab Procurement Regulations, including budgeting and treasury system
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of public/private sector procurement at provincial or national level or with the International Organizations (dealing with donor funded projects). Prior experience in World Bank procurement will be preferred.
- Minimum age 25 years
- Ict (system Application) Specialist
- Minimum 16 years of education in IT / Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- At least 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years software development & project management experience in a large software development / consultancy organization of good repute.
- Minimum age 35 years.
- Land Administration (cadastre) Specialist
- Minimum 16 years of education in Land Administration / Urban & Regional Planning / Rural Development or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Or
- An officer with experience of land management / administration by transfer / posting from S&GAD, Govt. of Punjab.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in land management. Preference will be given to those having experience of public sector Land Administration.
- Minimum age 35 years
- Software Developer
- Minimum 16 years of education in GIS / Computer Sciences / IT or equivalent education from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, design and management of spatial database, management systems and spatial feature representations.
- Programming skills including Silverlight, AJAX, ASP.NET, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle databases, SQL, and GIS database design.
- Regional and national knowledge of GIS4DRM and its applications.
- Experience and knowledge of products and tools of GIS4DRM.
- Strong experience in using GIS application- most importantly application for Raster Analyst and Spatial Analyst Extensions and photogrammetric tools- independently perform image analysis, supervised/unsupervised image classifications.
- Knowledge of the Planning tool for damage and losses from Natural Hazards (HAZUS), Spatial Decision Support Systems (SDSS) is a strong asset.
- Office Assistant
- Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as Office Assistant/Record Keeper.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office, use of Internet and other office management related software
