A public sector company is in the process of reconstituting its Board of Directors for which it invites potential candidates to act as independent directors.

Note:

• Masters in Oil and Gas with prior experience of working in corporate sector.
• Females are encouraged to apply.
• Preference shall be given to candidates registered with the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) with their credentials available at PICG’s databank (www.picg.org.pk).
• The candidates shall meet the fit and proper criteria of Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
