Roles & Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Job
The position holder is responsible for the verification of entire product quality aspect. Ensure the products meets the quality standards. Stop the product line in case of major discrepancies till the proper corrective action is taken. Check the physical raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and ensure that results comply with set material and product specifications
Key Accountabilities
Quality Control
- · Inspect all the incoming raw material, packing cartons, tapes etc. and record the observation any deviation should be notified to Senior QC or Supervisor for further action.
- · Check the products online for its quality with standards as per the QC schedule.
- · Report the deviations to the concerned for correction and document the observations instantly.
- · Maintain good liaison with the operator, foreman and supervisor.
- · Maintain and update records of standards, sampling trials, comparative analysis, new products etc.
- · Report the major deviations to the Senior Inspector, QC Supervisor to for necessary action.
- · Put on hold for non-conforming products until further decisive action properly.
- · Attend the products online checking to the maximum turn possible to maintain better quality standards.
- · Ensure the product standards with close lab analysis.
- · Collect production samples from machines to retain for future verification in case of non-conformance.
- · Use data sheets and specification as reference while checking the products for its standards.
- · Ensure that the inspections are carried out precisely to maintain quality standards.
- Organize records & reports for easy accessibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Degree or Diploma in an engineering / Technical field
2-5 years of experience
