Experience: BE Civil with 05 years relevant experience / knowledge of inspection, estimation and design of construction project.
Job Description:
• Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
• Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
• Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Making estimations for timescales and costs.
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
• Organizing the transportation of materials.
• Ensuring procedures are carried out safely
• Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance – usually Earned Value Method (EMV) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
• Attended & knowledge to work on Shutdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance.
• Liaison with sales team to ensure existing rental contracts are taken into account when providing upgrade quotations.
