Organization Development Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization’s growth and development initiatives. Will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, performance management systems, and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices to recommend innovative approaches for organizational development.
- Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote organizational learning and development.
- Contribute to the development of change management strategies and assist in their execution.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of development strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide support in creating and maintaining organizational development materials, including guides, manuals, and online resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in organizational development, HR, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive insights from metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for program development and analysis.
