OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our client is a global management consulting firm and they are currently looking for an Operations Manager for their office in Doha.
As an energetic and self-motivated Operations Manager, your focus will be maintaining seamless office operations. This role will be collaborating with building management and external service providers with regards to facility standards. Safeguarding a secure and healthy work environment for employees through continuous monitoring of health and safety protocols will be among your responsibilities. Moreover, managing relationships with external vendors is crucial. This role will be looking at the Facilities, Production, and Reception.
Your position involves regular engagement with external stakeholders, while internally, you’ll play a vital role within the Operations Team. Your active participation in office dynamics will involve collaborative endeavors spanning various functions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (really fast-paced!) supporting operations and services, strongly preferred.
- Working for management consulting, professional services or similar industries is essential
- Exceptional leadership skills and customer service experience.
- Exceptional time management skills, demonstrating clear systems and composure to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Experience in project management.
Salary: 25k -30k QAR
