Position Summary
Lead fresh milk regions to ensure sustainable high performance. Align to business expectations, documented in Agriculture Services OMP and to ensure operations alignment with Fresh Milk Sourcing Strategy for sustainable and responsible milk sourcing operations to create competitive gaps, while contributing to the development of the rural communities. e.g.manage the suppliers base & operations to serve business growth with supply of safe, regulatory and quality compliant at competitive price.
A day in the life of…
- Lead the operations align to “Milk Sourcing” strategy to meet dairy business demand, define appropriate operational resource capacity, support tools and structure alignment with the stakeholders to execute plans accordingly. Establish & manage Agriculture Services operations cost aligned to allocated budget.
- Ensure objectives alignment across Milk collection operational teams & dairy development in Agriculture Services align to “Milk Sourcing Strategy” while ensure alignment of objectives for other support functions as QA, Eng, SHE, NCE & Transportation, etc.
- Evaluate and recommend the business viability for re-locations of existing chillers and new induction of CAPEX in the form of chillers, generators (if required) or highlight spare assets & overall new locations registration.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices, liaise with Corp. Technical functions, Dairy Business teams, Demand & Supply Planning and Market NCE team to drive continuous improvement.
- People Development: Lead, coach and train team members to ensure personal development and succession planning and enhance high performance culture.
