Our client, Islamabad based Energy Company in Pakistan seeks to induct qualified and experienced professionals for the position.

Key Accountabilities:
Compliance and Control:
- Ensure mandatory compliance with procurement practices of LNG procurement.
- Ensure and routinely update with the scheduling and delivery of LNG cargoes under respective contracts
Operations:
- Ensure LNG deliveries are made within specified days as per the contractual terms and maintain / file record against the same
- Assist in drafting LNG procurement contracts
- Assist in management of the tender processes conducted as per procurement rules.
- Schedule meetings to provide clarity to the prospective bidders (including pre-bid meetings etc.)
- Assist in coordination with LNG terminal operations team for effective delivery of LNG cargoes including inventory management and scheduling of maintenance / shutdowns
- Assist in coordination with LNG suppliers for any change in the delivery schedule, either emanating from downstream demand or supplier’s loading facility issues
- Assist in review of the load port and discharge port reports
- Prepare 1st drafts for the status and data of imported LNG
- Assist in coordination with internal finance and customs clearance agents for customs clearance of LNG cargoes
Qualifications:
Minimum: 16 years of Education with bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Applied Sciences, Mining, Geophysics or Management sciences
Experience:
Minimum: 3 years of post-qualification experience in business management, supply-chain management, logistics management/operations, or procurement domain in commercial organizations of reputed functioning in Oil & Gas, Energy, logistics or supply-chain sectors
Age:Maximum 35 years on closing date of applications.
