Our client, Government Holdings Private Limited is seeking to induct qualified and experienced professional for Office Assistant / Secretary.

Job Title:

Office Assistant / Secretary

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Candidates must provide detailed Curriculum Vitae along with evidence of experience, qualification, CNIC copy and latest photograph
  • Only short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview.

  • Successful candidates will be offered a market-based remuneration package on contractual terms.
  • The selected candidates will be offered three (03) years contract (extendable based on performance).
  • GHPL reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason.
  • No Applicants will be entertained after the Due-Date i.e. August 18, 2024 and all appointments will be made on open merit.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing the office Secretarial works including correspondence, communication and phone queries etc.
  • Facilitate Communication and coordination inside/outside 
  • Checking of the incoming correspondence, sorting out and drafting the replies under the advice of the respective line manager.
  • Planning, maintaining and coordinating the meetings schedule and related correspondence
  • Develop, implement & maintain a filing system for all business records.
  • To coordinate within/outside the Company on various secretarial related matters.
  • Maintaining and updating the related record head of department i.e. Travel, Petrol, and Maintenance, Miscellaneous etc.
  • Arranges travel plans and itineraries for executives tours for business meeting.
  • Maintain confidential information at all times.
  • Any other tasks / assignments

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate

Experience:

  • 04 years’ experience working in a similar role in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Technical Competencies:

  • Taking dictation in shorthand with minimum speed 100 words per minute and conversion into long hand (Typing speed 50 w.p.m)
  • Should have strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Good command in written and spoken English.

Age Limit:
