Our client, Government Holdings Private Limited is seeking to induct qualified and experienced professional for Office Assistant / Secretary.

Key Accountabilities:
- Managing the office Secretarial works including correspondence, communication and phone queries etc.
- Facilitate Communication and coordination inside/outside
- Checking of the incoming correspondence, sorting out and drafting the replies under the advice of the respective line manager.
- Planning, maintaining and coordinating the meetings schedule and related correspondence
- Develop, implement & maintain a filing system for all business records.
- To coordinate within/outside the Company on various secretarial related matters.
- Maintaining and updating the related record head of department i.e. Travel, Petrol, and Maintenance, Miscellaneous etc.
- Arranges travel plans and itineraries for executives tours for business meeting.
- Maintain confidential information at all times.
- Any other tasks / assignments
Qualifications:
- Graduate
Experience:
- 04 years’ experience working in a similar role in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Technical Competencies:

- Should have strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Good command in written and spoken English.
