- Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Off Plan Marketing Manager to create engaging content, Investment Guides, Webinars, Podcasts, Videos, and website updates, aligning with off-plan strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Collaboration: Deliver comprehensive reports on content performance, collaborating with the Advertising lead, leveraging HubSpot for reporting and optimization.
- Campaign Implementation and Asset Development: Translate strategies into action, implementing campaigns and collaborating with creative teams, considering off-plan-specific content and lead plans.
You will need:
- Marketing Degree or equivalent marketing qualifications.
- Proven experience in digital performance campaigns, lead generation, and strategic planning within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing tools, SEO principles, and experience with HubSpot.
