3 – 5 years of experience (in Field Sales of FMCG)

Position Summary:

Responsible for the lead generation and mobilisation of new business, delivering profitability and achieving sales targets.

The Starbucks FSS will be extremely disciplined and motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to champion and drive change, as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision.

With a track record/ability to work on multiple projects, the Starbucks FSS will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships working closely with cross functional teams.

A day in the life of…:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential new key clients and decision makers within your area of responsibility
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining own time, completing deadlines, and making effective use of market mapping documents and developing a strategy to develop new business for both Starbucks ‘We Proudly Serve’ and ‘Premium Self-Serve’.
  • Using C4C on daily basis to manage all new and existing accounts.
  • Promotes Starbucks Branded Solutions regionally and creates leads for other partners within the team.
  • Develop, Review, Analyze and Manage Sales & Budget:  Accountability for the sales results of AOR – driving new accounts/account retention and growth of existing business.
  • Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:

 – Sales Achievements vs. Targets

 – Sales by Category/Brand per unit

 – Team Performance Records

 – Customers Information

 – Competition information

  •  To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team
  • Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals

  • Professional English/ Arabic communication skills (Spoken/Written) – MUST be a KSA National (in case of external candidates)
