Job Title:
Motion Graphics Designer
Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating captivating animations, collaborating on diverse projects, ensuring brand consistency, and staying updated on design trends. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of video deliverables of our ‘How To” and product marketing videos.
- Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to create storyboards and style frames for videos.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity in collaboration with external graphic agencies.
- Animate and bring our videos to life using various techniques such as 2D and 3D animation.
- Ability to use various mediums such as illustrations, animations, photography, to create visually compelling videos and stories.
- Ensure that all videos adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new software/tools and suggest ways to innovate our video and motion design work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects and Illustrator.
- Understanding of design principles, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to take creative direction and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
