Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role.
Faculty Title:
Middle Management Position – Installation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear guidance and leadership for Terminal Operations, aligned with the performance expectations set by the management.
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of POL products (receipts, storage, dispatches) at the facility.
- Maintain optimum inventory and ensure efficient stock variance management.
- Coordinate with internal and external security and administrative agencies to resolve operational and safety issues.
- Coordinate and manage Mutual Aid Emergency response and Crisis Management plans effectively.
- Provide input for capital projects and oversee the execution of CAPEX projects in collaboration with facility engineers and Project Managers.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE procedures, and relevant legal regulations for safe operations.
- Ensure compliance with licenses, legal requirements and regulatory standards, including visible leadership within the terminal to promote a culture of compliance and safety.
- Timely maintenance of facility assets and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Education:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering.
Experience:
- Preferably 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications in HSE and industry standards will be preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency response and crisis management protocols
- Proficiency in developing and implementing automation and control systems for inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
