Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager you will report directly into the Managing Partner and will be responsible for Strategic Planning, Social Media and Campaign management, Partnership & Events, Team and Process Development.
You will be working fully remotely when not attending site visits/meetings between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Lead & Mentor marketing team and set up each individual objectives.
- Coordinate closely with sales, operations and customer service dept to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, celebrities, and influencers to amplify brand presence and engagement.
- Manage the overall brand image, crafting briefs for social media and overseeing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from partners.
- Ensure all marketing materials are current, engaging, and visually appealing.
- Lead proactive strategies for successful brand and branch launches, ensuring a strong market entry.
Must have:
- Proven marketing manager or at least 3 years as an assistant manager within Entertainment/Leisure Parks industry.
- 360 Marketing experience
- Ability to manage a team of individuals
- Fluent in English – written & spoken
- Arabic speaking would be advantageous
