Marketing Director – Real Estate
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and maximize profitability. The Marketing Director is primarily responsible to generate revenue by increasing customer awareness through successful marketing using market research, pricing, communications, advertising and public relations.
Responsibilities:
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives. Plan, direct and co-ordinate marketing budgets in accordance with the strategy. Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and relevance in messaging
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization to increase online visibility and drive traffic
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and advertising materials, to effectively communication value proposition and attract potential clients
