We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors to join our HRIS team. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring the quality of data, and performing system configuration. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of HRIS processes and a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
• Enhance and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data within the HRIS system.
• Perform system configuration to align with business requirements and optimize system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, preferably in an in-house or consultancy role.
• Strong experience and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Modules
• Solid business knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
