Job Title:
Managing Consultant Integration Architect
The Enterprise Data & Information Architect will primarily focus on developing the target-state Data & Information Management capabilities, architecture, framework, and governance across on-premises and cloud-based commercial systems.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain an Enterprise-wide Data & Information Architecture that aligns business strategic goals with current and future capabilities, processes, and technologies
- Plan, coordinate, communicate, and maintain an Enterprise Data & Information strategy and roadmap across Data Management, Data Processing, Data Consumption, Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Platforms
- Establish architecture standards, optimization, governance, and lifecycle management
- Provide data and information capability expertise on high visibility initiatives and in-depth technical consultation with IT executives and senior leadership to ensure alignment across technical capabilities and business strategy
- Facilitate and collaborate via workshops across value streams, capabilities, and lines of business to find optimal strategic patterns, delivery, and guardrails
- Guide the Architecture community to experiment with improvements to established architectures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an applicable field preferred
- 15+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Data & Information Architecture
- Understanding of architecture governance, design management process, security compliance and risk
- Expertise with Enterprise Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Data Pipeline, Master Data Management
- Experience with domain driven design, event-driven architecture, enterprise API-centric design, microservices architecture, asynchronous and real-time processing, data analytics and data visualization
- Experience with Palantir, Snowflake, Amazon Glue/Athena/EMR/Redshift, Qlik Suite, Alteryx, SAP, and familiarity with leading and trending platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, organization, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with executive leadership, IT, and business teams throughout organization
- Preferred – experience working in an Agile development environment
- Preferred – understanding of Industry 4.0 technology stacks and methodology
- Preferred – experience with IaaS, PaaS, and Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Preferred – strong communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to translate technical expressions into easy to understand and clear language
