The National Logistics Corporation previously known as the National Logistics Cell is a Pakistani logistics company working under the overall umbrella of National Logistics Board headed by Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives with secretaries of relevant federal ministries as its members. It is one of the largest logistics company in Pakistan.
Its purpose is crisis management and logistics emergence on short notice for the Pakistan Government and provides state-emergency level management services to the government.

Selection Criteria:
Qualification: BE / BSc (Civil Engineering) / MSc (Civil Engineering).
Experience: Minimum 08 years relevant experience.
Job Descriptions:
• Analyze and Monitor project schedule of all PD HQ’s based on project scope, approved execution plans and available resources.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly progress of the projects using Primavera P6.
• Analyze project budget and cash flows based on the project progress.
• Analysis of resources i.e. current resources v/s required resources.
• Analyze one month look ahead schedule of projects of PD HQ for forecasting the project health in near future.
• Monitor resource histogram, S-curves and budgeted cost of the project and present it to competent auth on monthly basis.
• Suggest recovery schedule / crash schedule to PD HQ’s for timely completion of the project within planned budget as per PMMS.
• Risk identification and its documentation i.e. Risk Register.
• Monitor Risk Register of all project and highlight critical project risks for timely mitigation.
• Analyze and monitor detailed rate analysis for bidding / sublet CAs along with the comparisons.
• Analyze and Monitor expenses being incurred on the projects.
• Monitoring of procurement procedures / Engineering standard to be follow during procurement.
