What is Manager Process Management & Improvement?

Manager Process Management & Improvement role oversees the evaluation and enhancement of current processes, integrating automation of manual tasks, digitization of data and workflows, and process management and measurement techniques to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position entails researching, designing, and implementing process improvements to streamline customer journeys through data analysis and innovation as well as lead the projects which rise after feedback from the Sales and Operations departments, supporting in increasing their day-to-day productivity and reducing irrelevant workload. Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, proposing agile solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to redesign the entire customer lifecycles across Jazz Business’ product portfolio as well as operational tasks.

What does a Business Process Management & Improvement do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business operations and their associated processes.
  • Analyze & optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency & reduce process-related cost as well as provide good customer experience.
  • Assist in the analysis and design of new processes, prioritizing full digitalization and workflow efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from sales channels and operation teams to improve their daily tasks with the help of introducing automation and implementing RPAs.
  • Set up necessary controls within processes to measure team performance and KPIs as well as provide authentic data sources for revenue pipelines for management.
  • Identify exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
  • Data analysis to deep-dive and discover process improvement opportunities
  • Strive to make a business’s processes easier, faster, better quality, and more customers centric.
  • Drive Digital Transformation within Jazz Business
  • Redesign complete customer lifecycle across the entire portfolio of products
  • Support CX and regional teams for projects deliveries impacting processes or customer experience

Key Deliverables:

  • Development, improvement, and management of processes and policies
  • Fill the gap between operations, sales and marketing teams to drive a more Agile process management as well as foster good relationships between all stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities and implement projects for automating all customer related activities
  • Ensuring the compliance of the processes by putting necessary control and measurement mechanisms
  • Management Reporting

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Master from a recognized institute with 3+ years of relevant experience in planning and executing process improvement-related projects in complex environments.
  • Processes Design/Management for Telecom, Fixed, Cloud and ADTECH related products
  • Preference will be given to the incumbents with certification
  • Six Sigma OR Kaizen certified
  • Design Thinking
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills
  • Microsoft Office and Visio
