About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager in Front office Department to join Jumeirah Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Supervise the property operations across all areas and especially at the Front Office to assess that they are in line with Jumeirah service standards, policies and its implementation is consistent with the defined property strategy and guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of the services provided by all operations, assisting in the accurate implementation of approved operating procedures and imitating corrective actions, when necessary, to enable adherence to the processes and standards of the SBU and the delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.
• Inspect the rooms and all facilities of the SBU to assess their availability to clients and their compliance with operational standards to always support the customer/guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate the activities of all departments making sure that all information required for effective performance is communicated to enhance the cooperation among departments for the delivery of high-quality services.
• Monitor the compliance of the behavior and appearance of all personnel with the standards and procedures of the SBU to support the delivery of professional and high-quality services.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential
4 to 6 years of experience in a position of direct responsibility of Guest Services/Front Office Supervision within the hospitality industry (Preferably within the international luxury hospitality industry).
Ability to resolve guest complaints/issues in a calm and professional manner.
Desired:
• Previous experience is an asset.
