Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively manage the operational aspects of our holiday homes, including maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and facilities management.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and smooth operations in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve team goals and guest satisfaction targets.
- Work closely with various departments to optimize processes and streamline operations for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to continuously enhance the quality of services provided, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Look for potential property owners that wants to rent their property under Marbella management.
- Maintain high occupancy rates and exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and restocking of inventory for holiday homes.
- Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue throughout the year.
- Assist the management in the preparation needed to become a property management -company for holiday homes.
- Thorough Awareness in DTCM Permits & its compliance
- Knowledgeable in Airbnb, Agoda, Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder/-
- Continuously monitor the competition and make recommendations for improvements to our properties and services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
