Selection Criteria:
Position Criteria. CA / ACMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com with 8 years relevant experience.
Job Expectation:
• Scrutiny of contracts related to Central Procurement (Construction Materials, Spares, Vehicles, Plant and Machinery etc.).
• Processing of cases / minute sheets for approval of CFA regarding bids, scrutiny of financial board proceedings for award of sublet contracts and amendment in CAs etc.
• Managing and supervising data entry and current accounts reconciliation in ERP of HQ NLC and SBUs.
• Release of payment, EM, PBG to firm / contractors against centralized procurement contracts.
• Processing of cases for approval of CFA and release of centralized payment to NHA on behalf of HQ Tolling.
• Processing of execution plans for undertaken projects by HQ Log Services.
• Payment of Income Tax and GST into Govt. treasury.
• Processing of all cases for release of payments against centralized contracts including M/S PSO & M/S Shell and debiting expense to respective units.
• Response to queries of Internal, External and Commercial Audits related to Payments of HQ NLC.
