The National Logistics Corporation previously known as the National Logistics Cell is a Pakistani logistics company working under the overall umbrella of National Logistics Board headed by Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives with secretaries of relevant federal ministries as its members. It is one of the largest logistics company in Pakistan.
Its purpose is crisis management and logistics emergence on short notice for the Pakistan Government and provides state-emergency level management services to the government.

Selection Criteria:
Qualification: BE / BSc (Civil Engineering) / MSc (Civil Engineering).
Experience: Minimum 08 years relevant experience.
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for the overall management and reviewing of all types of claims including Prolongation Cost Claims, Delayed Payment Claims & EOT Claims, etc.
• Reviewing of Escalation Claims and Variation Orders (VO) as per conditions of contract.
• Assist relevant Branches of Project Directorate Head Quarters (PD HQ) in preparing damages and profit lost due to de-scoping claims.
• Reviewing insurance policies of projects and assisting the Project Management Unit (PMU) in raising contractor all risks insurance claims.
• Assistance to Engineers Project Directorate (PD) Head Quarter in preparation of Addendum to Contract.
• Represent Head Quarter Engineers in arbitration proceedings on disputes with the Employer.
• Prepare the Statement of Claim by the Claimant (SOCC) for the Claimant’s Statement of Reply to the Statement of Defense (SORSOD).
• Reviewing termination notices and suspension notices of different projects on behalf of Head Quarter Engineers.
• Assist site teams regarding FIDIC proficiency and application of contract clauses.
• Tracking communication between employers and consultants at various accounts relating to contracts and claims.
• Liaison with the Legal Branch of Head Quarter National Logistics Corporation (NLC) regarding Arbitration proceedings.
