Legal Counsel
We are in search of a Legal Counsel candidates with a Western educational background for our client in Dubai.
This role involves overseeing contract reviews, addressing disputes, ensuring compliance, and managing corporate governance matters. Additionally, it includes providing advice on various inquiries for subsidiaries in the Middle East and Africa. Moreover, the position entails managing digital transformation-related issues, including compliance with data protection laws and the drafting and updating of privacy policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years PQE
- Bachelors Degree or Juris Doctor Licensed to practice law
- Candidates should have legal jurisdiction aligned with the country where they completed their studies
