Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (hereinafter the “PCMMDC”) has been established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 by the Government of Punjab. PCMMDC Sargodha Division is looking for Legal Advisor/Advocate at Divisional level to appear in the lower courts (all cases, suits, appeals, arbitration and proceedings in civil courts, session courts, ombudsman, investigation agency or any tribunal or special courts constituted under any law) on behalf of company on retainer-ship initially for 1 year contract which may be extended after the approval of competent authority. The Ideal candidate must possess the following qualification / experience.
