KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with objectives and best practices.
- Manage and develop staff, drive talent initiatives, and promote organizational values.
- Monitor and report on budget compliance and operational excellence.
- Implement and document policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure IT infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for high-quality services.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in IT/related field with 10+ years in a similar sector.
- Certifications: MCSE, Azure, VMware, Nutanix, PMP, ITIL.
- Strong experience with infrastructure components, cloud services, and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
