Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites applications for various vacant posts in Lahore, Pakistan

Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC), formerly Lahore Division Cattle Market Management Company (LDCMMC) was incorporated on June 16, 2014 as a company limited by guarantee and not having share capital under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. The company has been registered with the Registrar Joint Stock Companies, City District Government, Lahore vide No RP/8859/L/B/14/1517 dated June 16, 2014. The objective of LDCMMC is to establish, organize, manage, operate and regulate cattle markets, to frame the contracts to outsource internal services, to manage and maintain the services of the Cattle Market, to manage the data and record for the Company related to sale and purchase of animals, to devise framework for capacity building/ guidance of different stakeholders regarding cattle Market Management.

Faculty Title:

  • Chief Financial Officer
    • Experience:
    • At least 15 years of overall relevant experience in accounts, finance and audit out of which at least 08 years post qualification experience in financial management position with exposure to planning, budgeting, cash management and financial controls in a public or private sector organization. Having thorough knowledge of relevant IRFSs/IASs, compliance requirements, tax and commercial laws and regulations.
    • Minimum 03 years’ experience in similar senior management / leadership role.
    • Experience and familiarity with public sector organizations will be preferred.
    • Other Requirements
      • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and practices / taxation laws.
      • Sound knowledge of ERP.
      • Knowledge of PPRA Rules.
  • Chief Internal Auditor
    • Qualification:
    • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
    • Certified internal auditor; or
    • Certified fraud examiner; or
    • Certified internal control auditor; or
    • Person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
    •  Experience:
    • At least 10 years of experience of audit and finance including at least 5 years experience in senior management position working in public or private sector organizations.
    • Experience in similar senior management / leadership role will be preferred.
  • Manager (civil Works)
    • Qualification:
    • BS Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
    • Registration with PEC as professional engineer is a must. Registration certificate must be uploaded along with qualification degree.
    •  Experience:
    • Minimum Ten (10) years of relevant experience of construction works in private or public sector organization with at least Five (5) years on senior management position.
    • Good knowledge and experience of FIDIC contracts and contract management will be preferred.
