The Board of Governors MTI Mardan invites application from suitable candidates for senior level positions. The positions holders shall report to the Board of Governors. Each position will have an initial five years contract and upon successful completion and acceptable graded performance, it may be extended in accordance with MTI ACT and its regulations.
Faculty Title:
- Medical Director
- Clinical functions, patient management, quality control, assessment and development of clinical programs, member of the Institutional Management Committee (MC) for the purpose of overall institutional performance, streamlining processes and payment authorization as per an authority matrix
- Hospsital Director
- Non-clinical functions, HR, administration, maintenance and development of ancillary services, communications, business plan & hospital budget development, MC member
- Nursing Director
- All nursing functions, including among other teaching/training of nurses, setting up and maintain performance standard excellence. Member of MC
