Manager – Compensation & Benefits (AVP)
Educational/ Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and / or HR related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources and / or Banking and / or Finance with at least 03 years in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Operations and/or Payroll.
