Job Title:
L1 Support Consultant
L1 Support Consultants at Systems provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers, diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems and escalate unresolved issues for L2 support to appropriate internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Continuous platform monitoring.
Monitor the event alerts, notify the concerned team, and process the requests to level 2 and level 3 support engineers.
The ultimate goal is to be proactive, detecting problems before they are reported/escalated by the customer.
Must automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Identifying customer issues and diagnosing the root of the problem.
Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance in resolving issues.
Answering FAQs related to products or services, features, or general usage questions.
Logging and creating support tickets for tracking purposes.
Escalating unresolved issues or complex problems to higher-level support tiers (e.g., L2 or L3 support) when necessary.
Requirements:
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work within a 24x7x365 support environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of and experience with cloud computing platform preferably Azure.
Additional certification in cloud platform is a plus.
