We are seeking a dedicated and proactive NOC Engineer (Level 1) with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring our infrastructure, escalating issues to Level 2 as per incident severity, and ensuring adherence to SLAs using SolarWinds as the primary monitoring tool.

Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and health of the network infrastructure using SolarWinds.
- Incident Management: Identify, analyze, and escalate incidents to Level 2 support based on severity and impact.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure all incidents and service requests are handled within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and changes in the monitoring system.
- Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure clear communication during incident resolution.
- Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting steps for identified issues to support quick resolution.
- Collaboration Work closely with Level 2 support, network engineers, and other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in a NOC or similar IT support role.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and incident management processes.
Tools: Proficiency in using SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.
Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
