Data center Load Balance Lead
Job Description:
We seek a highly experienced and motivated Datacenter Load Balance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing load-balancing solutions in a data center environment. They will also have a strong understanding of load-balancing protocols and technologies, and be able to effectively communicate with data center.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage load-balancing solutions for data center environments.
- Oversee the performance and stability of load-balancing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve load balancing issues.
- Identify and implement new load-balancing technologies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for load balancing.
- Develop and implement load-balancing standards and procedures.
- Provide training and support to data center staff on load balancing.
Skills:
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing load-balancing solutions in a data center environment.
- Strong understanding of load balancing protocols and technologies, including F5 BIG-IP, Cisco ADC, and HAProxy.
- Experience with cloud-based load balancing solutions, such as Amazon Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) and Google Cloud Load Balancing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
