Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful completion within budget and schedule.
2. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly report on progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
5. Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
6. Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality throughout the project.
8. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Manage and resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the project, and maintain a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
10. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management for mega construction projects.
3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
4. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects with a budget of over $100 million.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
7. Experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
8. Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
10. Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
