Executive Channel Planning & Acquisition
Job Purpose:
This role involves developing business-critical reports and systems pertaining to Sales & Distribution along with identifying grey areas using analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Devising channel development strategies to aid in achieving company objectives of growth & revenue maximization specifically Gross Adds
- Devising promos to aid in achieving the company objectives of achieving growth ·
- Responsible for Regional Promos end to end processing i.e. from ROI approvals to the execution and closure
- Developing and changing policies and procedures to update the channel as per the required business objectives.
- Management of channel activities in line with the budget of the department. Identifying methods of improvement to expand the channel in the market.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly insight reports covering key KPIs related to Gross Adds that drive the business forward
- Work collaboratively across multiple functions of the organization to accomplish goals, including liaising with Regions, Marketing, IT, and Mainly with Finance.
- End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing trade promotions for sales channels.
- Manage the potential channel with sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through compliance to rules of engagement pertaining to the sales channel.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent presentation skills - Strong verbal & written communication skills
