SAP Consultant (RE FX)
We’re recruiting ‘SAP Consultant (RE FX)’ for one of our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible to provide consulting on real estate process design and implement SAP- RE FX. You will demonstrate ability to integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate objects, including buildings, land, rental units, and leases.
- Create and manage rental contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.
- Support for various types of contracts, such as rental contracts, lease-in, and lease-out contracts.
- Define rental conditions, pricing agreements, and terms.
- Seamlessly integrates with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules for accurate financial reporting.
- Manage rental payments, invoicing, and related financial transactions.
- Monitor and analyze space utilization within buildings and properties.
- Plan and manage occupancy within different areas of real estate objects.
- Calculate service charges and maintenance costs associated with real estate objects.
- Allocate costs to different cost centers or internal entities.
- Access real-time reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real estate management.
- Perform in-depth analysis of real estate data for strategic decision-making.
- Integration with SAP Plant Maintenance for managing maintenance activities related to real estate objects.
- Integration with SAP Materials Management for procurement processes related to real estate management.
- Address lease accounting standards compliance, such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
- Classify leases and manage associated financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: Post graduation in IT
- Experience: 3+ years in the related field
- Understanding of configuration of SAP RE-FX module
